Sherlock Holmes Movie for the Holidays

Warner Brothers has released a third movies trailer for the upcoming Sherlock Holmes movie.

As with the other trailers, there are some scenes that repeated, but this trailer adds more new scenes than the previous two. And what exciting scenes they are!

This trailer shows how Guy Ritchie’s version of the Sherlock Holmes movie starring Robert Downey Jr as Sherlock Holmes and Jude Law has Dr. Watson promises fun, thrills, adventure and lots of special effects.

The new trailer is hosted by MTV.com and reveals even more of the plot. Glimpse how Sherlock Holmes and his side kick Dr. Watson work to save the country from the evil plans of a devilish nemesis all within 24 hours.

Sherlock Holmes fans around the world are excitedly awaiting the Christmas release of the new Sherlock Holmes movie.

Director Guy Ritchie has based his movie on the unpublished novel by Lionel Wigram. Ritchie and Wigram give the viewing public a much more physically active Sherlock Holmes who is a master at boxing, martial arts and sword play.

The movie, simply titled Sherlock Holmes, stars Robert Downey, Jr. as Sherlock Holmes and Jude Law as Dr. John Watson.

Set in London in the year 1891, the movie has Detective Sherlock Holmes and his resolute partner Dr. Watson engaging in a battle of wits and brawn with Lord Blackwood a nemesis whose plot is a threat to all of England. Blackwood is a dark robbed Satan worshiper responsible for the brutal deaths of at least 5 women with more demonic sacrifices on the horizon.
