Both Robert Downey, Jr. and Jude Law have stated that they love to star in additional Sherlock Holmes movies.

Downey said he had so much fun on the set of the new Sherlock Holmes movie that he would gladly play the great detective time and time again.

Law told reporters that he is hoping to be cast as Dr. Watson in a sequel to the current movie.

Both actors are hopeful that audiences world wide will fall in love with their interpretation of Holmes and Watson and will want new installments of their adventures.

With Christmas just weeks away, they don’t have too long to wait to see audience response.
